FLU trouble breathing?

i got sick last week just a runny nose and it went away over the weekend. Monday i had a sore throat and it only got worse. last night i felt like i was dying i threw up a little and was burning up and had trouble breathing it finally settled down and im still having trouble breathing..this couldnt be swine flu could it? i talk for like 10 minutes and feel like i ran 10 miles (i ran track and cross country and only felt like this at the end of a race for 5 minutes, but this is horrible) im really scared and my doctor isnt in tomorrow. can somebody please help me
