Polaris sled with some problems?

i have a 86 polaris indy 400 i just went through the carbs and cleaned the jets as well but now i encountered this problem when it warms up it seems too surge for fuel it gets very boggish and barely runs it does not idle when it like this but ill shut it off and start it and run fine then it will run for half a mile. can some one help me what is going on with this thing?
