Making Rule book on dating me.. just as a joke. help wanted?

I've been dating this guy for a few months. We were actually high school sweethearts and we've reunited. Things are going really great. He's a really big cut-up and I've been joking with him about him not following the "rules set out in my book" about dating me and all the things he has to do. well I want to make a book, or well probably more like a brochure, just to pick on him. This is in no way serious, but I'd like some help. Any suggestions for rules. Nothing bad, just stuff Like I'm always right and you’re always wrong.... you have to always kiss me before leaving the room. Just stuff like that. to get a laugh. any help????????
