I know the vitamin B is for dietary metabolism. BUT, I have a question!?

There are a lot of different vitamin B on the shelf at Wal-Mart, but which number is it. I'm looking to lose some weight. Any advice? Also, I been drinking a lot of Ensure (complete, balance nutrition). Is that a bad shake to drink? Does it make you *fat*?
