Healthy Meal, your ideas?

Actually you should have more protein in the morning like a piece of chicken. If you can't do that then change the cereal to something with more fiber. Pebbles may taste good but there's little nutritional value. Lunch sounds perfect to me. I like your snack. I hope that's not the only gl of water you're drinking during the day. I guess for dinner you should then have your lean meat or fish with veggies?
