Help! I wrote about my Shitzu dog being sick, update! help?

Look I know perfectly well I should see another vet but I don't have that option, all the other ones are in surgury and I know you think Hard Truth might have been right, but I don't really it's not like I took him to that vet on purpose how in the hell was I suppose to know, they are a very good outfit normally, and you want me to go in complaining about who they hire, god knows what theyll do or not do behind closed doors to my dog, I'm not saying they will hurt him or anything but they may do less than yesterday if I piss them off. Sorry for the hell and piss but my appointment for him is at 3:20 and I don't know what to do. There is an update my boyfriend yesterday could smell something bad outside like their was something dead but he couldn't find anything, and he might of gotten at some ant killer stuff. I'll take any more help and I do appreciate the help I've gotten, thank you all, but please keep it nice okay, if it were your dog I certainly wouldn't make you more upset than you are. Thank you all again, Hard Truth no offense, but don't say why would I take him there when it's the only option I have. And they have the best reputation in this area, It's always one bad apple isn't it, not you the vet. I can't go it demanding things and expect help, I won't get it, they'll tell me to take him elsewhere and there is no where else.
