Could me and my ex workout?

Me and my ex have been talking lately and she told me today that she still cared alot about me and she didn't want to lose me because I am her bestfriend. We still get along really good and I like talking to her, but I still have feelings for her. We are going to be in czech both going to college in about a year. Is there any chance me and her could end up dating again at that time?
