I download real player for free but i always paid for it?

Since i download real player last 3 years ago for free but there`s a receipt from my credit card that i always paying a bill.And the important is I stopped my Internet for a year and nobody is using it but every month there`s a receipt from my credit card that i had to paid.I`m always paying for "Real Entertainment and the other one is Real Arcade Gamep".I want to cancell it cuz nobody is using it since for the last 2 year and I dont have a computer already,how can I cancell it and where can I contact Real Player Office tru phone?
