I SERIOUSLY need some help! PLEASE! (a teen's & parent's P.O.V. please)?

Okay basically I am 15 yrs old, my parents are protective of me (like they should be) but lately there has been a situation about , every parents enemy, MYSPACE. i use myspace as a way to connect with my friends if they live far away or just to keep in touch with out making it a big outing!! And also i know that i'll lose touch with my friends if i take it down. Basically my question is whether or not I should keep the Myspace that i have right now. My parents caught me with one a while ago and i got into some trouble, but now i'm more careful. i just dont want something to happen down the road to make them find out and be really disappointed in me, i just really value the relationships with my friends that live too far away. Plus my parents are worried about all that slander that people can do to a person by just their name, b-day, and a pic of them. what should i do!?!?!
