My little 2 month old is very congested?

i dont know if he is sick, but he sneezes alot and coughs because of the mucas, i have a humidifer and it does seem to help but he just seems to keep coming up with more mucas. I'm new at this so i need lots of adivice. he still smiles at me but then he gets fussy afterwards.
