Should i do muscle exercises?

hi , i'm from italy, 19 years old male. Working in a factory for 8 hrs a day. i started the job on 1 April 2009, my weight was 64 or 65 kgs, the work in the factory is quite hard so i started losing my weight. now i'm 54 or 55 kgs and i look quite skinny. before starting the job i used to do some exercise every day like bench press, push ups etc ( i was good looking). wanna know if i continue my exercises will it make my body shape good or it'll make me more skinny and wat about eating, wat should i eat(some healthy things). plz answer. thx
