Tetra fish sick? Tail tip white?

Hi, I have 3 orange tetra fish in a 10 gallon tank with some other tetra fish. I just noticed that two of the orange tetra have some white coloration on it's tip of fins. What is it? Is it sick? What do I do? I could be overthinking it but I just want to make sure! Thanks!
