What is your Ideal Country?

Anarchy is the ideal but cannot work. As Churchill said, Democracy is the worst form of government except all the others that have been tried. Since we cannot avoid government at all, I would like best to live under a capitolistic democratic republic. We sort of have one but it seems to be going socialist.
