Does anyone else have the Evenflo Minisuite?

We have the evenflo minisuite in our living room for our daughter to nap in during the day and she loves it. The problem is that the mat for it is quilted, which didn't bother me when she wasn't rolling over. My daughter will be 12 weeks tomorrow and rolls over to her tummy every time she sleeps. Depends. Are you looking at bacterial cells and need to know whether they are gram positive/negative. Are you looking at plant or animal cells? I think the main reason we stain is to gain a clearer picture of the organism. Staining allows you to see structures that would otherwise be non visible on a slide. Like with bacterial cells, tells you what you're dealing with:whether antibiotics will work, wheter or not it is gram pos/neg, whether or not it is acid fast. I suppose it just lets you know what you're dealing with. Trust me, your lab teacher isn't just giving you busy work. Some things you have to stain just to be able to see them. By the way, iodine makes it a brown color. Methylene blue...kind of a bluish purple. With the stain you should be able to see nuclues and cell wall.

That's interesting. I've fed 4 children and my first was a lip sucker, yes lips! I learned after my first child to keep offering the and not use a substitute as they can get attached to whatever we offer. Feeding for five minutes every 4-5 hours sounds fine at this age especially if you believe u produce a lot of milk. Just be patient and your lil one will get into the groove. Keep up the good work! 2002 winstar flashing dash lights and guages, wont start?

I have an 02 winstar and this morning when i went out to start it i put the key in an it wouldnt turn over. Every light on the dash was flashing, all the guages were going up and down, and i could hear a clicking sound under the dash. I'd still go with the Civic despite the fact that you do not know the exact history. It's a blast to drive, the engine is pretty bullet-proof, and the resale value will hold better than the Toyota. I find nearly all Toyota's to be boring and over-rated and the Corolla is one of their best examples of BORING. I felt this way even before the recent quality lapses came to light. First off, you're blowing all of these rappers comments/actions waaay out of proportion. For example, when you said that 2pac said white people are causing problems. 2pac always told and shared his OWN experiences and they involved white people. 2pac was the most anti-racism guy you would ever come across. In fact, he wanted blacks and white to be treated equally with respect between them. You have to understand that when a rapper says something bad about a certain race, it doesnt necessarily mean they're talking about them as a whole, theyr'e probably talking about one person in particular who did something to either them, their family or their friends. Why do people cough or scratch at me?

This has been going on for too long, and it's made me completely paranoid. I consider myself a good looking person, and get compliments often. I dress well, don't smell, don't wear strong colognes, but I've noticed something that has truly changed the way that I view people completely. Whenever I am around people, there's always someone that always coughs in my direction. And it's almost never the they're sick kind of cold. It's almost like they want to say something to me, but refuse to use words to do so. I could be at a restaurant, and as a person pes my table to be seated, they cough. Whoever, I'm sitting by, if they manage to not cough while I'm there, the second I stand up to leave, there's the major cough. At work, whenever I get on the phone random people close by start to cough as if trying to tell me to shut up. I could be entering a store, and p by someone, and as I do, they have to cough in an I-have-to-scratch-my-throat-because-you'… This truly hurts my feelings whenever it happens, and sometimes, I get so irritated that I cough right back at them. It's with all kinds of people (young, old, black, white, hispanic). It truly doesn't matter. It's almost like the world has a vendetta against me, and I can't for the life of me figure out why. I am soft spoken, well mannered, courteous. Most times, these people haven't even heard me speak. As soon as I'm present, as quiet as I could be, the throat clearing and the coughing begins. I've tested it with people that I work with, and kept an ear on whether they cough when they don't know I'm around, like I may sit far from them, in a place, where I wouldn't normally, but close enough to where I would be able to hear the coughs, and nothing ever happens, but as soon as they realize I'm back, there they are coughing again. If it were just one or two people that I've experienced this from, I would seriously ask, but it happens in all kinds of social gatherings to me, and I can't ask everyone why they do that to me, or if they have a problem with me, which is truly what I believe. I consider myself a really good person, and used to have faith in people, but I haven't now in at least a couple of years. It's hard to care about people or have faith in them when you feel mistreated by them, and what kills me is that I can't comprehend why. It's almost as if someone put a hex on me, or as if I was hypnotized and told that my feelings would be hurt and that I would be made feel disliked by others everytime they coughed. They scratch at me a lot as well. Typically, it is a combination of both, but when it's not one it's the other. Mostly, it is the coughing. God forbid I cough back at someone, then I'm almost always immediately asked, God, are you ok? Like what, I'm not allowed to cough, but everyone else is? TERMINATOR 3 bad movie?

Here's how we would do it in New Mexico! Shred your chicken and, YES, season it with some garlic, in, and chili powder. If you have access to green chile, go for it, but I don't know if you have it in your area. Heat a cast iron skillet or griddle, lightly oil it. Place one flour tortilla in the skillet, put some of the chicken, green chile (drained), cheese, chopped onions on the tortilla, top with another one. Wait until the cheese has melted and you are able to flip the quesadilla over to toast the top tortilla. You can also add a drained can of black beans - yum. Here's the best way to make rice, too....Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a skillet, add 1 1/2 cups of rice and stir, stir, stir, until the rice LIGHTLY browns & 'pops'. Add chopped onion and garlic and in and sliced carrots. Pour in 3 cups of water in which you have dissolved some chicken bouillon cubes (or use 3 cups of chicken stock). Simmer until done. Delicious! Enlarged/growth on testicle??

My fiance has one testicle that has a growth type thing on it. he has had it checked out by the doctor before but I cant remember what the doctor said it was called(and my fiance isnt home right now to ask him). The condition can be hereditary (his brother has it too) or I think he said it can be caused by childhood trama (ie riding bikes a lot). I have a sofa that is made of suede its in a dark cream colour and someone has split a bit of false nail glue on it. I have tried soap powder, washing up liquid, Star Drop, nothing is removing it. My wheels are locking up, is it a problem with my brakes?

I have a '98 Altima with power (but not ABS) 4-wheel disk brakes. I'm not sure if something is wrong with them or what. Not too long ago, a car in front of me slowed down suddenly to make a turn, and I hit the brakes moderately hard to slow down as well, and the wheels locked up and I skidded! Also, today, I was approaching a traffic light which turned red, and I decided to stop. Suddenly, I heard the nastiest screeching of tires, and I looked around thinking, "Where's the accident at?" and then I realized that it was MY car that had skidded to a stop. Now, I'm sure some of you are thinking that I haven't been paying attention and I'm just slamming on the brakes at the last minute or something... but really... I'm not slamming on them that hard!!! I think something is up with them. My car should be able to stop: not skid. The tread on my tires seems ok. Could something be weird with the brake lines? Is it expectable for a non-ABS car to have such dramatic skidding on sudden stops? Other people I know *really* slam on their brakes all of the time (harder than I do) and their cars stop just fine, and the tires don't squeal. And let me just say that I try to drive carefully... it's not as if I'm wreckless. So please don't give me a lecture on aggressive driving because that's not it... I just want to know if something is up with my brakes.

First Offense in South Carolina-Speeding 71/60 and warning for no regist....HELP!!!?

I want to fight my speeding ticket because I was never speeding. I was on a 4 lane highway divided by a gr. The state trooper that issued me the speeding ticket was on the left lane(slow lane on the left of the road) with a car in the fast lane, while I was on the right in the farthest lane with a car beside me and a car that went around me going faster while I was doing 57/60. When the officer stopped me I let him know that I was traveling to get my speedometer checked b/c it wasn't working properly i could go no faster than 60 miles....so how was I speeding...I have clean driving criminial and credit report. I'm an 19 yr old female dean list student and I took defensive driving course. How should I fight this ticket? Do I need a laywer? Do I need a jury trial or can I get it dropped by showing my mechanic's letter to the judge one on one that states b/c my speedometer wasn't working properly I wasn't able to exceed more than 60 miles?
